Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the smooth execution of software development projects. This role is ideal for freshers with a B.Tech degree who possess strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, and a keen interest in project management.

The candidate will assist in project planning, documentation, internal coordination, and monitoring progress across multiple software initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

• Assist in planning project tasks and maintaining project schedules
• Coordinate operational activities between developers, testers, and management
• Follow up with team members to ensure task completion and accurate progress updates

Client and Internal Communication

• Attend client calls and team meetings to record clear requirements
• Prepare meeting minutes, email follow-ups, and action-point documentation
• Share task updates across internal teams

Requirement Documentation

• Maintain the product backlog under supervision
• Document change requests, feature updates, and technical clarifications

Tracking and Monitoring

• Track project progress on a daily and weekly basis
• Update project tracking tools such as task boards, Excel trackers, JIRA, or Trello
• Highlight potential risks, delays, or dependencies when required

Testing Support

• Assist in basic functionality testing of new features (training will be provided)
• Learn and support basic API tests using tools such as Postman

Technical Understanding (Basic)

• Understand project and software development procedures
• Review basic code submissions for formatting and documentation completeness (training provided)

Reporting and Status Updates

• Prepare weekly status reports for the Project Manager
• Document updates and share structured summaries with relevant teams

Requirements

Education

• B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related fields) – Freshers

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C++
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, Trello, or Postman (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
• Interest in learning project lifecycle management and coordination methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
