About the Role

IT Office Administrator



Key Responsibilities

  • IT Infrastructure Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain office computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Administer and monitor local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) and ensure connectivity.
  • Oversee cloud tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.) and company SaaS applications.
  • Helpdesk & User Support

  • Serve as first-line support for hardware/software issues faced by employees.
  • Set up and troubleshoot employee laptops, email accounts, and collaboration tools.
  • Onboard and offboard employees by provisioning and deactivating accounts and devices.
  • Security & Compliance

  • Implement security policies (passwords, MFA, antivirus, endpoint security).
  • Maintain data backup, recovery, and access control processes.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity teams for audits and compliance requirements.
  • Asset & License Management

  • Track and manage IT assets (laptops, monitors, licenses, accessories).
  • Maintain inventory of hardware/software and renew licenses on time.
  • Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and software services.
  • Evaluate new IT tools and recommend upgrades to improve productivity.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

    .
  • 2–5 years of experience

    in IT administration, system support, or office IT management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Windows & macOS systems.
  • Networking (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • SaaS productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom).
  • Basic security tools (endpoint protection, VPNs).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MCSA, ITIL) are advantageous.
