Experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing hospital information systems, ensuring seamless technology integration to support patient care, administrative operations, and data security. Skilled in planning, implementing, and maintaining healthcare IT infrastructure, including HIS, EMR, PACS, and networking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the hospital’s IT department operations, ensuring uninterrupted service and system availability.

Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of Hospital Information System (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

Coordinate with vendors for software, hardware, and network solutions.

Ensure data privacy and compliance with healthcare information security standards.

Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery plans.

Monitor performance of network servers, CCTV, access control, and biometric systems.

Provide technical support and training to clinical and administrative staff.

Supervise IT staff and manage departmental budgets.

Lead implementation of digital transformation and hospital automation projects.

Troubleshoot system issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics / Computer Engineering

Master’s Degree (M.Sc / M.Tech / MCA / MBA in IT / Healthcare Management) preferred

Professional Certifications (added advantage):

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) / Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

ITIL Certification for IT service management

Healthcare Information Systems certification (e.g., HIS, EMR, or HL7 training)

Experience:

Minimum 5–8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare or hospital environment

Hands-on experience managing Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR, PACS, LIS, and network infrastructure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.90 - ₹40,000.00 per month
