About the Role

Senior IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT, Technical Sales, and Cloud Sales roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand business requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
  • Source and engage top talent using job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, sales acumen, and cultural fit.
  • Drive proactive talent pipeline building for niche IT and Cloud domains.
  • Handle negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-onboarding engagement to ensure candidate retention.
  • Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and prepare regular recruitment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain high recruitment standards.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and cloud market dynamics to align hiring strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    7 years of recruitment experience

    with strong exposure to

    IT, Technical Sales, and Cloud Sales hiring

    .
  • Proven track record of hiring mid to senior-level professionals in the technology domain.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Expertise in sourcing via

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and niche technical platforms

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a

    hybrid work environment

    .
  • Prior experience in handling

    volume hiring as well as niche/specialized roles

    in IT/cloud.
