About the Role:

We are looking for

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate fitment.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Maintain records and updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
