IT Faculty

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable IT Faculty / Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Basic Computer Skills, Advanced Excel, Programming, and IT tools, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training sessions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality classroom and online training in: Basic Computer Skills (MS Office, Internet, Email, Operating Systems, File Management, etc.) Advanced Excel (Formulas, Functions, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Macros, VBA basics) Programming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.) Database Management & Web Technologies Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and projects. Monitor and evaluate student performance through tests, assessments, and feedback. Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and certifications. Guide students on industry projects, coding practices, and problem-solving techniques. Support placement activities by conducting mock interviews and technical tests. Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment. Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: B.Tech / B.E / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching/training or relevant industry experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Advanced Excel. Strong knowledge of at least two programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.). Familiarity with DBMS, Software Engineering, Web Development, and IT fundamentals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Preferred Skills (Added Advantage): Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, or Cybersecurity. Experience with tools such as Git, VS Code, Eclipse, Jupyter, etc. Certifications (Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, Google, etc.) will be a plus.
