Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about our academic programs, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities. 2. Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and SMS. 3. Provide guidance on the admissions process, including application procedures, deadlines, and required documents. 4. Address concerns and doubts of prospective students and parents, and provide solutions to overcome obstacles. 5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students and parents, including call details, emails, and meetings. 6. Stay up-to-date with our academic programs, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities to provide accurate information to prospective students and parents. Competencies / Skill Requirements Graduate/Post graduate Experience Required: 2- 4 years. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Should also possess good listening skills and customer handling skills. Ability to handle pressure. Good MS Office knowledge. Any Industry / Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.
