Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and software applications.
Manage and monitor network infrastructure — including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users (Level 1–3, depending on scope).
Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Office 365/Google Workspace environments.
Ensure regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection measures.
Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Apply software updates, patches, and security configurations in line with IT policies.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
Support cyber-security initiatives — antivirus management, network security, and access control.
Participate in IT projects, system migrations, and technology upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Experience with network devices (Cisco, Fortinet, HP, etc.) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.).
Experience with IT automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Exposure to ITIL processes or similar IT service management frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
