IT Delivery Manager

Role Overview: As an experienced IT Delivery Manager at Ashley Furniture, you will be leading the IT Logistics function in Chennai, overseeing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) teams. Your strategic leadership will involve managing cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and support resources. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of WMS and TMS initiatives, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives - Manage multiple agile development teams (developers, QA engineers, support analysts) across WMS and TMS platforms - Develop and execute delivery roadmaps aligned with Ashley's supply chain and IT strategy - Drive prioritization of enhancements, production support, and transformation initiatives in collaboration with US stakeholders - Establish and monitor project metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for all delivery activities - Implement best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices Qualification Required: - 18+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in delivery management roles - Proven track record managing large-scale WMS, TMS, ERP, or supply chain technology programs - Experience in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or logistics industries required - Demonstrated success leading multiple technical teams (50+ resources) across development, QA, and support - Strong background in agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices Additional Details: The company, Ashley Furniture, is a global retail and manufacturing organization that values innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.
