Description
You are an experienced IT Delivery Manager specializing in the Healthcare industry. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of IT projects and programs by aligning them with business goals and delivering high-quality outcomes within the specified timelines. Your role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing the entire IT delivery lifecycle. You will be required to optimize processes, enhance stakeholder communication, and ensure the successful completion of all projects. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Management: - Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects and programs to ensure they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively. - Implement Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies based on the specific project needs. Stakeholder & Communication Management: - Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. - Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and challenges to senior management and key stakeholders. - Conduct steering committee meetings and prepare executive reports as necessary. Team Leadership & Resource Management: - Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, analysts, QA professionals, and infrastructure teams. - Allocate resources efficiently and resolve conflicts within the teams. - Offer mentorship and guidance to project managers and team members. Risk & Issue Management: - Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop contingency plans and proactively resolve any issues that may arise. - Ensure compliance with IT governance, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. Process Optimization & Delivery Excellence: - Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices. - Implement frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, or DevOps where relevant. - Monitor KPIs, track project performance, and ensure that lessons learned are applied to future initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: - Possess 10+ years of experience in IT project/delivery management specifically in healthcare technology. - Demonstrate strong expertise in EHR implementation, AI-powered healthcare solutions, and medical data security. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, FHIR, and HL7. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams in hospital IT, AI/ML, and clinical informatics. - Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or SAFe methodologies for healthcare IT projects. - Exhibit excellent leadership qualities, stakeholder management skills, and problem-solving abilities.,
