What You’ll Do

• Own sales from end to end – from planning to lead generation, pitching, and closing
• Generate qualified leads via

  freelancing platforms

  (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) and

  LinkedIn

• Create and execute a strategy for both

  domestic and international

  markets
• Represent our IT services, ERP systems, and digital offerings with confidence
• Build proposals, sales funnels, reporting dashboards, and documentation
• Meet monthly targets and report performance directly to the founders
• Grow into a team leader role based on performance

Who Should Apply

• 3–4 years of experience in IT sales / software services / business development
• Hands-on experience generating leads from freelancing platforms & LinkedIn
• Confident in managing outbound and inbound sales independently
• Willing to work from

  Gurgaon office (mandatory for local candidates)

• Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a startup-style, high-accountability environment
