At Helpful Insight Pvt. Ltd., we are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. We are looking for a Jr. Business Analyst – Pre Sales who can bridge the gap between client vision and technical execution.
Understand and analyze client requirements via discovery calls, emails, or demos
Create BRDs, SRS, wireframes, user stories, and project flow documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, feasibility, and timelines
Assist in wireframing, proposal writing, and preparing scope of work (SOW).
Coordinate with design and development teams for technical insights
Work with the pre-sales team to prepare presentations, timelines, and estimates.
Support project managers by ensuring clarity in requirements and scope.
Contribute to solution planning aligned with client expectations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in preparing BRD, SRS, wireframes, user stories, and project documentation.
Ability to draft proposals, estimates, scope of work (SOW), and collaborate with sales & technical teams.
Good understanding of web & mobile technologies including frameworks like React, Next.js, Flutter, Laravel, WordPress, etc.
Knowledge of SDLC.
Aware of common development processes (Agile/Scrum) and basic UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Trello, Google Workspace, and proposal platforms like
Clutch or Upwork.
Flexibility with Night shifts.
