IT Business Analyst

You are required to work as a Business Analyst responsible for coordinating and managing the IT software development process for custom-made enterprise solutions. Your role will involve operational experience within a software development environment, including managing a team of developers or overseeing specific projects with multiple teams. The technical requirements will vary based on the type of software being developed, encompassing web-based applications, database management, and mobile application design. Approximately 30% of your job responsibility will involve strong documentation skills, including creating wireframes and process flow diagrams. You should possess 2-3 years of experience and exhibit the following required skills: - A strong technology background - Fundamental knowledge of solution architecture - Understanding of technology architecture, database design, and software application design - Team management capabilities - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities - Mastery of documentation and visualization techniques Your responsibilities during the elaboration phase will include: - Researching business problems - Determining expected business value - Drafting non-functional requirements - Creating functional requirements - Formulating the main backlog During the development phase, your tasks will involve: - Setting up preparation activities - Monitoring and tracking the development process This is a permanent job opportunity with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
