Sr. Tester with Business Analyst Skills

As a versatile professional, you will play a dual role of Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Tester, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the development team. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements. - Translating business needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories, use cases, and workflows. - Preparing BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents), and mockups as required. In the Quality Assurance & Testing domain, you will: - Review requirements, design documents, and user stories to ensure completeness and testability. - Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements. - Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Your participation in Agile/Scrum methodologies will involve: - Actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Serving as a liaison between developers and business teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
