Team Lead - Dot Net

As a Team Lead, your role involves overseeing the performance and development of your team members. You will be responsible for setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure timely completion of work. Additionally, you will need to identify training needs, provide coaching, and conduct training sessions to maximize the potential of your team. Conducting quarterly performance reviews, listening to feedback, resolving conflicts, and recognizing high performance are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, you should encourage creativity, risk-taking, and organize team building activities to foster a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Timely completion of desk work - Setting clear team goals - Delegating tasks and setting deadlines - Monitoring team performance - Identifying training needs and providing coaching - Conducting training sessions for team members - Conducting quarterly performance reviews - Listening to feedback and resolving conflicts - Recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments - Encouraging creativity and risk-taking - Organizing team building activities Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Web application development with ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, Web API, WPF, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS3 - Proficiency in MVC, Angular JS, Bootstrap, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Web API - Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, and SQL Server, including plugins, scripting, and form creation - Knowledge of the .NET framework and its latest features - Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs such as REST and RPC - Experience in on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based solutions - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming principles - Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently - Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical resources - Keeping up-to-date with developments in your area of expertise - Strong oral and written communication skills for interaction with business and internal teams Please note that the job is full-time and the work location is in person.
