IT Business Analyst

Your primary focus will involve creating innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency and enhance user experience across various loan products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate a strong grasp of Retail Finance Business Solutions, particularly Individual Loan, Mortgage Loans, Housing Loans, and Two-Wheeler Loans, with a specialization in digital lending processes. - Collect and analyze business requirements, converting them into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery. - Prioritize projects to meet business expectations and adhere to deadlines effectively. - Facilitate seamless integration with third-party systems and applications. - Supervise the end-to-end delivery of solutions, including testing, deployment, and product version control. - Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and communicate process modifications to business teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 10 years of experience in project implementation within the NBFC/BFSI sectors. - Proficiency in Agile Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Extensive background in web services such as SOAP, REST, API-based integrations, and retail finance applications. - Knowledge of mobile-based lending processes would be advantageous. - Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives effectively.
