Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and versatile IT, CRM & Website Administrator to manage our company’s IT infrastructure, CRM system, and website operations. This role requires a proactive individual with technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of CRM workflows and website management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations, optimizing CRM efficiency, and maintaining our website for seamless client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
IT Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and security systems.
  • Provide timely technical support to staff and manage IT inventory.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and compliance with IT policies.

CRM Administration

  • Manage, configure, and maintain the company’s CRM system (leads, workflows, dashboards, and automation).
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Train staff in CRM usage and ensure adoption across departments.
  • Generate periodic reports on leads, admissions, and client interactions for management.
  • Collaborate with management to improve CRM processes for student and nurse migration workflows.

Website Handling

  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is updated regularly.
  • Monitor website performance, functionality, and user experience.
  • Coordinate with developers or agencies for upgrades, bug fixes, and SEO improvements.
  • Ensure integration of CRM with website forms and inquiries.
  • Track analytics and suggest improvements to increase traffic and lead conversions.

Skills Required

  • Experience in CRM system management and implementation.
  • Familiarity with network administration and system maintenance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, database management, and cloud-based software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT administration, CRM management, and website handling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or custom-built websites).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web development (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • SEO and Website optimization skills
