IT Admin

The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, devices, and internal tools across the organization. This role involves handling IT inventory and asset management, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment to support business operations.

Key Responsibility:

• Manage and maintain

  IT inventory and asset management

  , including laptops, peripherals, software licenses, and accessories
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot

  Windows and macOS (iOS/macOS ecosystem)

  systems
• Provide

  L1/L2 technical support

  for hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates
• Troubleshoot issues related to

  email, VPN, printers, Wi-Fi, and internal tools

• Manage user access, permissions, and system credentials
• Ensure regular data backups and basic IT security best practices
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and AMC support
• Document IT processes, asset details, and troubleshooting steps
• Support onboarding/offboarding by setting up and decommissioning IT assets
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential issues

Required Skills and Qualification:

• 2–4 years of experience as an

  IT Administrator / IT Support / System Admin

• Hands-on experience with

  Windows and macOS

  environments
• Strong

  troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience in

  IT inventory and asset management

• Basic understanding of networks, firewalls, VPNs, and system security
• Familiarity with SaaS tools, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
