Job Title: Technical Support Associate

Experience : 2-7 years


Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a

    nationwide network of service technicians

    for GPS tracking device installations on commercial vehicles.
  • Coordinate

    daily installation and post-installation schedules

    across pan-India locations.
  • Liaise with customers and field teams for scheduling and service updates.
  • Manage all

    customer communications

    via email, mobile, and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure

    service turnaround time (TAT)

    of 24–48 hours for installations and repairs.
  • Raise

    repair invoices

    and manage associated documentation.
  • Oversee

    inventory management

    for spares and consumables.
  • Handle

    logistics of spare parts

    dispatch and return across India.
  • Conduct

    training sessions

    for field technicians and support staff.
  • Prepare and analyze

    monthly failure reports

    (technician/product/model/region-wise).
  • Supervise and monitor

    repairs and troubleshooting

    of GPS devices.
  • Manage

    report generation and updates

    through ERP.

Desired Profile:

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in managing service networks for installation of

    automotive electrical accessories

    or

    GPS/IoT devices

    .
  • Prior experience in

    Telematics / IoT / GPS-based tracking systems

    is

    highly preferred.

  • Should possess a strong network of service technicians

    across 100+ locations.
  • Computer proficient

    with solid

    Excel skills

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.

  • Skilled in handling customer escalations with professionalism and tact.

  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis

    capabilities.
  • Willing to travel for recruitment, training, and management of technicians.
