Mandate open in the Leading Steel Industry !! Area Manager - Investor Relations Location: Mumbai (Local Candidates are MUST) Budget: up to 40 LPA Qualification: MBA Finance/ CA / ICWA/ CFA 1. Prepare impactful documents such as Analyst feedback report, IR report, peer financial models, Macro assessment for Board pack and audit committee packs. 2. Support the Team on internal/ departmental deliverables as required during the publication of quarterly results, AGM, and investor conferences. 3. Analyse monthly shareholding data, maintain a database/Profile on institutional investors and analysts. 4. Assist in the management and resolution of investor relations issues. 5.
