Investment Banking Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end

  ECM transactions

  including IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, and preferential allotments.
• Conduct and review

  legal, financial, and regulatory due diligence

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  SEBI ICDR, LODR, and Companies Act

  provisions.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators.
• Analyze

  Ind AS financial statements

  for offer documents and filings.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing disclosures and transaction documents.

Key Requirements

• 2 to 10 years

  of relevant experience in ECM, IPO execution, or due diligence.
• Strong understanding of

  capital markets regulations

  including SEBI ICDR, LODR, and the Companies Act.
• Working knowledge of

  Ind AS financials

  and offer document preparation.
• Professional qualification:

  CA, CS, or LLB

  .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
