Role Overview

Investment Banking Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed

  financial modeling

  , valuation analysis (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, etc.), and sensitivity analysis.
• Support

  end-to-end deal execution

  including fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory.
• Prepare

  investment memorandums, pitch decks, teasers, and financial projections

  .
• Conduct

  market and industry research

  , identify investment opportunities, and analyze competitive landscapes.
• Assist in

  due diligence

  and coordination with investors, clients, and internal teams.
• Track and maintain a database of

  potential investors, funds, and startups

• Support senior bankers in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

  .
• 0–3 years of experience in

  investment banking, venture capital, equity research, or consulting

  (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may apply).
• Strong proficiency in

  Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  valuation methodologies and financial statements

  .
• Exceptional

  communication, presentation, and analytical

  skills.
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
