Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team. The analyst will play a key role in deal execution, financial modeling, industry research, and preparation of investment materials. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytically strong, and passionate about startups, finance, and technology. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed financial modeling , valuation analysis (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, etc.), and sensitivity analysis. Support end-to-end deal execution including fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory. Prepare investment memorandums, pitch decks, teasers, and financial projections . Conduct market and industry research , identify investment opportunities, and analyze competitive landscapes. Assist in due diligence and coordination with investors, clients, and internal teams. Track and maintain a database of potential investors, funds, and startups . Support senior bankers in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field . 0–3 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, equity research, or consulting (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may apply). Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling . Excellent understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statements . Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills. High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
