Investment Banking Analyst

As an Investment Banking Analyst at BlackHorse Capital, your role will involve playing a crucial part in deal execution, financial modeling, industry research, and preparation of investment materials. You should be detail-oriented, analytically strong, and have a passion for startups, finance, and technology. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, etc.), and sensitivity analysis. - Support end-to-end deal execution including fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory. - Prepare investment memorandums, pitch decks, teasers, and financial projections. - Conduct market and industry research, identify investment opportunities, and analyze competitive landscapes. - Assist in due diligence and coordination with investors, clients, and internal teams. - Track and maintain a database of potential investors, funds, and startups. - Support senior bankers in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. - 03 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, equity research, or consulting (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may apply). - Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. - Excellent understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statements. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills. - High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
