Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Valuation and Investment Banking Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing strategic financial advisory services, conducting valuations, and supporting complex investment banking transactions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects across various industries, collaborating with seasoned professionals to deliver value-driven solutions for clients Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed financial analysis and valuation modeling using techniques such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), precedent transactions, and other industry-standard methodologies. Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment decisions, fairness opinions, and financial reporting purposes. Assist in executing M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side advisory, restructuring, and capital raising activities. Prepare pitch books, presentations, and investment memoranda to support client engagements. Conduct due diligence, market research, and industry analysis to support transaction execution and strategic decision-making. Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and simulate various strategic scenarios. Provide sensitivity analysis to assess risk factors and potential outcomes. Collaborate with senior bankers to develop and maintain client relationships, providing tailored financial solutions. Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities for clients. Monitor capital markets, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors affecting the investment environment. Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on financial modeling, analysis, and professional development. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in financial databases and tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and Fact Set Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and commitment to quality in deliverables.
