Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, tracking inventory movement, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. Daily tasks include monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, coordinating with suppliers for replenishments, and preparing inventory reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in inventory management, stock control, and inventory auditing
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and reports
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience in the mining and metals industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in combination of Office, Warehouse or Plant Floor environments.

• Ability to work in dusty and dirty environments.

• Required to follow Allied Refractory Products’ Safety & Health policy and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as appropriate.

• Must be able to operate a forklift.

The job requires the ability to pull, push, turn, stack, lift, and carry 55 pounds of unstable bags, drums, cartons, and pails consistently and frequently, therefore the candidate must be fit for duty.
