Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update inventory records in Tally & SAP.
Handle Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) transactions.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs).
Record and reconcile bank entries and other financial transactions.
Monitor stock levels, perform stock reconciliations, and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Support in preparation of reports related to inventory and accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally & SAP (B1/ERP).
Knowledge of A/R, A/P, PO, PI, and bank entries.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail with problem-solving ability.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory/accounts role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
