Description

The International Voices Process role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to international clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a voice process environment and will be skilled in handling customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services and products.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer feedback and inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or voice process role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other international languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
