Job Title: Sale Roles Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team, specializing in personalized hair loss treatment solutions. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and offering tailored advice based on factors such as facial features, age, profession, personality, and individual goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth hair assessments to identify the stage of hair loss. Educate clients on the causes and available solutions for hair loss through personalized counseling. Understand each client's expectations and recommend appropriate procedures and products using visual aids to set realistic goals. Set and track daily consultation and revenue targets, regularly reviewing performance against objectives. Drive studio growth by achieving monthly revenue targets. Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and work collaboratively as a strategic business partner to achieve shared success. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree is required. Preferred age: 32 years and above. Minimum of 6 years experience in a sales role. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Consultative, one-on-one sales approach with a client-first mindset. Experience engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) through in-person consultations.
