We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process reservations and cancellations accurately.
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and ensure data protection.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using front desk software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
