Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management

Greet and assist parents, students, visitors, and staff promptly and courteously.
Maintain a well-organized and welcoming reception area.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and emails efficiently.

Communication & Coordination

Provide accurate information about school procedures, admissions, events, and policies.
Coordinate with academic teams, admin staff, and management for smooth flow of information.
Manage daily communication including circulars, notices, parent messages, and visitor logs.
Followups

Admission Support

Assist in guiding parents through the admission process.
Schedule campus tours, interactions, and assessment appointments.
Maintain admission enquiry records and follow-up logs.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain student attendance records and ensure timely updates.
Support in organizing parent meetings, school events, and academic activities.
Oversee dispatch of documents, certificates, and communication materials.
Handle daily reports, filing, and documentation as required.

Safety & Protocol Compliance

Ensure visitor protocols, ID checks, and entry registrations are strictly followed.
Coordinate with security staff for visitor management.
Support emergency communication and administrative protocols.
