JOB PURPOSE:
· To support the School in raising the Brand visibility & Lead generation activities
· To manage all marketing activities & execution as per the Marketing Plan in order to:
1. Attract new students across Grades.
2. Publicise the strengths of the academic & School Offerings.
3. Promote the profile of the School as a whole to external audiences.
4. Tie up with the Corporates & Pre-schools to generate prospective leads
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
· Any Graduate with good communication skills (English & Regional language) and presentation skills.
· Target oriented.
· Sales Pitch & Building Connect.
· At least 2-3 yrs of experience in Service sales, BTL, Event Management or on-ground marketing.
· Go-getter with can do attitude and ready to work under pressure for long hours.
· Male candidates preferred.
· Ideally from Pune/Mumbai. Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. To conduct on-ground promotional activities like conducting events, helpdesk / kiosk, pamphlet insertion, pre-schools & corporate tie-ups, and other sources to generate leads to the School
2. Lead generation activities through local Events & activities to meet Daily, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly targets.
3. Tracking & collating market and competition information.
4. Tele-calling to generate walk-ins, and to follow-up with the parents for admission closures.
5. Handle admission queries (telephone/emails/walk-ins) and take care of end to end admission process.
6. Maintaining all records and reports towards schools admissions by maintaining an accurate database of all new registrations, current students and exiting students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
