Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage daily accounting operations at Advanced Hair Studio, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including billing, invoicing, receipts, payments, and petty cash.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in Tally/ERP.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliation of statements.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense summaries.
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor fund positions.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and financial clarifications.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in coordinating with auditors during internal and annual audits.
Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company accounting standards.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
25 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, healthcare, or service industry.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic financial tools.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Days:
6 days a week (Tuesdays off)
