The Opportunity

This is a strategic sales role where you’ll be responsible for developing and closing B2B sponsorship deals with decision-makers from top-tier companies. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own sales cycle — from lead generation through to final negotiation and ongoing client relationships — with the backing of a strong brand and expert teams in production and marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of the sponsorship sales process: prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing deals
  • Identify and connect with senior-level decision-makers in sectors such as technology, consulting, data, and professional services
  • Understand client goals and align them with event sponsorship opportunities that deliver measurable ROI
  • Build customized sponsorship proposals that emphasize business impact, brand visibility, and networking value
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns — email, calls, LinkedIn, and warm referrals
  • Maintain clear sales documentation and pipeline updates in CRM tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure sponsor objectives are built into event agendas
  • Support sponsor success pre-, during, and post-event (e.g., booth planning, speaking slots, post-event follow-ups)
  • Attend select events to nurture relationships and drive last-mile deal closures

  • Positive sponsor experiences that lead to testimonials, referrals, and long-term value

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in sponsorships, partnerships, or enterprise solutions
  • A history of closing complex, high-value deals (€20k–€100k+)
  • Confident communicator with a strong presence on video calls and in boardrooms
  • Skilled at asking the right questions, listening closely, and positioning value (not just features)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, digital sales tools, and remote collaboration
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly accountable — especially in a remote working environment
  • Bonus points

    if you’ve sold into sectors like life sciences, energy, infrastructure, or enterprise tech. Additional languages are a plus.
