Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Associate located in Lucknow. The International Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and understanding their needs to offer tailored conference solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales deals, attending industry events, and providing ongoing client support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
• Effective Negotiation and Closing Skills
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events, as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the conference or event planning industry is a plus
