Admistay is a fast-growing platform helping students with verified accommodation and admissions across the UK, Australia, Canada, Europe, and India. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Inside Sales Associates who can guide students and manage the end-to-end enquiry and booking process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound student enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand student requirements such as budget, city, university, check-in date, and room type.
• Recommend suitable accommodation options including PBSA, hostels, studios, shared apartments, etc.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve booking conversions.
• Coordinate with accommodation providers for availability, offers, virtual tours, and room details.
• Update all interactions in the CRM and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for every student from enquiry to booking confirmation.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Confident, target-driven, and good at objection handling.
• Ability to manage multiple student inquiries simultaneously.
• Experience in student accommodation, real estate, telesales, or overseas education counselling is preferred.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and WhatsApp-based communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0.6–3 years of experience in inside sales or student counselling roles preferred.
