We are expanding rapidly and are looking for dedicated Inside Sales Associates to join our growing team.


Role Overview


The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for handling inbound student enquiries, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable accommodation options, and ensuring they complete their booking or application. This is a student-facing role that requires excellent communication, ownership, and sales skills.


Key Responsibilities


1. Student Counselling & Sales


  • Contact, engage, and qualify inbound student leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Understand student requirements, including budget, university, location, check-in date, and room preferences.
  • Provide accurate and personalized accommodation recommendations (PBSA, shared apartments, studios, hostels, etc.).
  • Assist students with admission-related queries when required.


2. Follow-Up & Conversion


Maintain consistent follow-up discipline to convert enquiries into bookings.

Explain property details, pricing, contracts, amenities, and proximity to universities clearly.

Handle objections and guide students through a smooth booking process.


3. Coordination with Property Providers


Communicate with property partners to check availability, offers, and room categories.

Arrange virtual tours, additional images, videos, and confirmations for students.


4. CRM & Reporting


Update all interactions and student details in the CRM system.

Track daily calls, conversions, revenue, and follow-up status.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.


5. Customer Experience

Maintain polite, professional, and transparent communication.

Ensure students receive complete support from enquiry to booking confirmation.


6. Requirements

Strong communication skills (English must be clear and confident).

Ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.

Target-driven and motivated to close bookings.

Ability to manage multiple student enquiries across different countries and time zones.

Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Web, and basic computer applications.

Previous experience in student accommodation, overseas education, real estate, hospitality, or telesales is preferred.


7. Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience of 0.6 to 3 years in inside sales or counselling roles preferred.
