Job Description

Make outbound calls to international customers to promote products or services.
Engage customers with clarity, confidence, and empathy to identify and meet their needs.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain detailed and accurate call records in CRM systems.
Follow process guidelines and ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call outcomes and conversion rates.

Job Requirements:

Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / HSC and above.
Experience
: Minimum 6 months of international outbound sales experience (mandatory).
Skills:
- Excellent spoken English with neutral or global accent.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work on night shifts and in a fast-paced sales environment.
