Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate coach allocation and perform quality checks on installations in collaboration with the Railway team. Ensure team productivity, quality workmanship, and secure handling of all materials. Monitor daily attendance of installation and warranty teams. Lead and motivate the team to maintain high performance and morale. Maintain and regularly update all relevant project documentation. Draft official correspondence related to coach allotment, installations, and project progress. Address and resolve daily queries from the Railways and maintain effective coordination. Manage and oversee the payment collection process from the Railways. Prepare and maintain technical documentation required for billing submissions. Provide regular reports to management on ongoing activities. Good in drafting of letters. Good in Licensing with government authority like railways.

Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company offerings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including tendering, bidding, technical proposal preparation, and contract negotiation. Lead presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with clients. Ensure timely submission of proposals, compliance with tender requirements, and follow-up for closures. Payments follow up Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven track record in Government & PSU sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Technical knowledge of Electronics/Electrical solutions with ability to translate customer needs into solutions. Desired Candidate Profile: B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/ MBA (Sales and Marketing) 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Technical/Enterprise sales with focus on Government & PSU clients. Strong network and existing relationships with decision-makers in PSUs/Government bodies will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
