Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including tendering, bidding, technical proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
  • Lead presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals, compliance with tender requirements, and follow-up for closures.
  • Payments follow up
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in Government & PSU sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Technical knowledge of Electronics/Electrical solutions with ability to translate customer needs into solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/ MBA (Sales and Marketing)
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Technical/Enterprise sales with focus on Government & PSU clients.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with decision-makers in PSUs/Government bodies will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
