Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including tendering, bidding, technical proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
Lead presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with clients.
Ensure timely submission of proposals, compliance with tender requirements, and follow-up for closures.
Payments follow up
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven track record in Government & PSU sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Technical knowledge of Electronics/Electrical solutions with ability to translate customer needs into solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/ MBA (Sales and Marketing)
8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Technical/Enterprise sales with focus on Government & PSU clients.
Strong network and existing relationships with decision-makers in PSUs/Government bodies will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
