Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective export strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new international markets and potential clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  4. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with foreign buyers.
  5. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  6. Oversee export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and export licenses, while ensuring compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and trade agreements.
  7. Provide post-sales support to clients, including product assistance and handling returns.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in international business development and sales.
  2. Background in

    Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Machinery, or Agro-Chemicals

    is highly preferred.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work directly with company promoters.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
