Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Manager located in Parvathipuram. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing international client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Travel may be required to meet with international clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, international sales, and client relationship management
Strong understanding of market research, sales strategy development, and implementation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
Experience in the medical devices or orthopaedic industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Willingness to travel internationally as required
