Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Manager, located in Mumbai. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals to promote growth and customer satisfaction. Duties include managing sales teams, targeting new international markets, maintaining relationships with key customers, negotiating sales agreements, analyzing sales performance, and preparing sales reports.

• Proven experience in international sales, export management, and market analysis
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Customer relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with compliance regulations for international trade
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
