International Sales Manager

• Total Experience Required: 3 - 6years
• Relevant International Sales Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager International to lead client acquisition efforts in global. The role focuses on driving B2B sales across key markets, including the Australia, US, Canada,, and the UK, and requires strong consultative selling skills and international market exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage international healthcare organizations for staffing solutions.
• Generate and nurture B2B leads through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls).
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to client onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report regularly on KPIs and sales activity.
• Represent K&K Talents in virtual client meetings and build long-term relationships.

Preferred Qualities & Skill Set

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or HR services.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable with international client interaction and cross-cultural communication.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.io.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have at least 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales.
• Must have you worked in recruitment or staffing industry, especially for international market.
• Must be comfortable in handling client communication and sales presentations independently.
• Must be based in Kerala and ready to work at our Cochin office.
