-Experience and thorough understanding of PegaRULES Process Commander System or other business process management (BPM) system -Expertise in objected-oriented analysis and design across a variety of platforms . PEGA CSSA or LSA certification is required - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodology, Java, and SQL. - Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering concepts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
