About the Position

Executive – International Sales

Key Accountabilities:

● Coordinate with logistics for ensuring timely delivery of samples

● Register of samples received from various countries.

● Coordinate with channel partners & other stake holders to collect the clinical information &

any other data missing in the Test Request Forms.

● Proactively follow-up on reports to ensure their timely release; track cases and communicate

the status to channel partners, ensure timely response to queries

● Be a vital overall bridge between the channel partners & the logistics/support/accession team

for matters related to samples, reports etc

Qualifications & Skills Required

● 2 years experience in client sales/account management or support functions

● Graduate degree in science/ pharmacy/ biotechnology preferred

● Ability to independently manage deliverables

● 5 days work from office & 1 day work from home

● Proficiency in spoken & written English language
