Sales and Negotiation: Negotiating property sales contracts, facilitating transactions, and ensuring favorable terms for clients. Market Research and Analysis: Staying up-to-date on international real estate trends, property values, and market dynamics. Property Presentations and Showings: Presenting properties to prospective buyers, providing detailed information, and conducting property viewings. Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and executing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and reporting on performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with legal, financial, and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions. Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with international partners and customers. Adaptability: Understanding and adapting to different cultures and market dynamics in international settings.
