Job Description

1. Export Marketing:

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Identify potential international markets and analyze demand trends.
  • Study competitors and pricing strategies in target export regions.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Contact and develop relationships with international buyers, distributors, and importers.
  • Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings globally.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Prepare export documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., FDA, FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, organic certification).
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents for smooth export logistics.
  • Negotiation & Sales:
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and shipping schedules.
  • Follow up on payments and manage Letters of Credit (LC) or other international payment methods.
  • Local (Domestic) Marketing:
  • Brand Positioning & Promotion:
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase local market share.
  • Plan and execute local campaigns (retail promotions, influencer marketing, trade discounts).
  • Channel Development:
  • Identify and onboard local distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retailers.
  • Train sales agents or merchandisers on product features and benefits.
  • Market Feedback & Innovation:
  • Collect customer and retailer feedback for product improvements.
  • Work with production and R&D teams to launch new spice blends based on regional preferences.

Digital & Communication Support:

  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for:
  • Website content for B2B and B2C customers.
  • Online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Alibaba, TradeIndia).
  • Social media campaigns focused on awareness and lead generation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
