Job Description

As an International Sales Executive/NRI at our Gurugram Sector 44 location, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary ranging from 3LPA to 4.2 LPA along with unlimited incentives. Our interview mode is Face2Face, where exceptional performers can even earn up to 1 Lakh per month and a chance to relocate to Dubai. Your key responsibilities will include converting leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls, promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, and providing excellent customer service and support during the sales process. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills in Hindi and English, the ability to meet sales targets and handle objections effectively, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and the capability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure. Our interview process consists of a Telephonic first round and a final in-office interview in Gurugram.
