We are currently hiring for our client – a Budapest-based IT company developing innovative tech products for global businesses. As part of their international expansion, they are looking for motivated professionals to lead outbound sales initiatives for the North American market . Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals for the Business Development Executive (BDE) role. You will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to businesses in North America , promoting IT products, and generating qualified leads. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international exposure , develop tech industry knowledge , and grow your career in global B2B sales . Note: Apply only if you’re comfortable working the Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM) . Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales Calling: Reach out to businesses across the North American market via phone and email. Product Pitching: Present and explain IT products clearly and persuasively to decision-makers. End-to-End Sales: Handle the entire sales process — from first contact to deal closure. Follow-ups & Negotiation: Proactively follow up with leads, answer queries, and negotiate pricing. CRM Management: Log all interactions, pipeline progress, and client data accurately. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned targets consistently. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products. Requirements Excellent English Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect with international clients. Tech-Oriented Mindset: A basic understanding of IT products or the willingness to quickly learn. Proactive & Target-Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Adaptable Learner: Quick to grasp product features and industry nuances. Freshers Welcome: Experience is a plus, but freshers with great communication skills are encouraged to apply.
